Your air duct cleaning company must be certified by the Narional Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). If not, you are not getting a professional air duct cleaning job you are paying for. A properly cleaned air duct system, after cleaning, should have no visible dirt in the system and you will be able to turn on your air conditioner or furnace without having dirt or debris blow out. The only way we can guarantee this is by cleaning every square inch of the duct from beginning to end, which includes the air conditioner and furnace. Since every home is different and different duct designs, we utilize more than one system for cleaning the air ducts. We have an assortment of cleaning tools from truck mounted vacuums to H.E.P.A filtered portable vacuums. All of our equipment is sanitized before and after each job to ensure we are not bringing contaminates into your home or workplace. Health and safety is our #1 concern!!!
Just cleaning the ducts removes only about 60% of contaminates, the entire system should be clean to get the full benefit of air duct cleaning
Regardless of what industry accepted method we use, we will remove all vent covers in the home and wash and sanitize them. Our source removal is performed through each vent opening in the home to ensure all secondary duct lines are cleaned. Allmain trunk lines will be access and cleaned. The blower, blower compartment and a-coil (if assessable) will be cleaned. Once the entire system is cleaned it is sanitized with an industry accepted sanitizer approved for use in duct systems.
The damp, dark confines of HVAC ductwork and components such as the evaporator coil and drain pan, can be a perfect breeding ground for microbial growth, especially when they are dirty. Mold spores and other microscopic pollutants and biopollutants can easily pass through most furnace filters and into the air that you and your family breathe.

In addition to servicing chimneys, we inspect and clean dryer vents in one- and two-story homes. A thorough sweep by one of our dryer exhaust technicians includes searching for any issues that might interfere with optimal operation. Highly effective diagnostic tools allow us to detect and resolve issues before they become problems. We can remove dangerous, flammable dryer lint from the inside of dryer vent pipe.
